DIRECTOR SOCIAL SERVICES

Full Time Director of Social Services who will ensure the smooth operation and coordination of all case management services in accordance with all program goals, targets and performance outcomes. Qualified applicant must have a Master’s Degree in social work or related field and a minimum of three (3) years of case management supervisory experience. Bachelors Degree (BA or BSW) and a minimum of five (5) years of case management supervisory experience acceptable. (Salary ranges up to $55,000 per year)

DIRECTOR OF BUILDING SERVICES

Full Time Director of Building Services who, under general direction, will ensure the smooth operation and coordination of all building services in accordance with all program goals, targets and performance outcomes. Bachelors Degree and a minimum of three (3) years of facility management supervisory experience preferred. Associates Degree with a minimum of five (5) years of facility management supervisory experience acceptable. (Salary ranges up to $50,000 per year)

CASE MANAGER

Full Time and Part Time Case Manager(s) who will be responsible for aiding adult families requiring social service assistance, interviewing and evaluating clients to formulate independent living plans, locating and utilizing appropriate community resources for clients and relocating families to permanent housing. Bachelors Degree (BA or BSW) plus experience preferred with knowledge of homeless population, computer literacy and good oral and written communications skills. (Salary ranges up to $38,000 per year)

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Full Time Administrative Assistant to perform all administrative support services required to ensure smooth operations of all departments. Must have a Bachelors Degree or High School Diploma and minimum two (2) years experience plus computer literacy. Good oral and written communication skills. (Salary ranges up to $30,000 per year)

SHIFT OPERATIONS MANAGER

Full Time Shift Operations Manager to ensure the effective operation of the program, during weekday evening and overnight shifts, plus all weekend shifts. Qualified candidate will have a (BS or BA) and minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience. Must have good oral and written communication skills. (Salary ranges up to $42,000 per year)

HOUSING SPECIALIST

Full Time Housing Specialist will assist clients in performing all activities necessary to obtain permanent housing. Qualified candidate will have a Bachelors Degree and two (2) years real estate experience or Associates Degree and five (5) years experience. Familiarity with housing entitlement systems and procedures. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. (Salary ranges up to $38,000 per year)

HOUSEKEEPER

Full Time and Part Time positions for Housekeeper(s) responsible for maintaining the facility in a clean sanitary condition. Will be responsible for replenishing all kitchen and bathroom consumables, distributing linens and towels plus preparing client rooms for turnover. High School or High School Equivalency Diploma or appropriate experience which may be substituted. (Salary ranges up to $28,000 per year)

EMPLOYMENT/ENTITLEMENT SPECIALIST

Full Time Employment/Entitlement Specialist will work under general supervision to ensure that clients receive appropriate assistance in resolving employment/entitlement issues. Qualified candidate will have Bachelors Degree and two (2) years social services experience. Associates Degree and five (5) years experience is acceptable. Vocational and/or entitlement experience. Knowledge of homeless population, computer literacy, good oral and written communication skills. (Salary ranges up to $38,000 per year)

MAINTENANCE WORKER

Full Time and Part Time Maintenance Worker(s) for performance of tasks to maintain the building and grounds in good condition. Will be responsible for painting and repair work including, but not limited to, furniture and appliances as well as preparing client rooms for turnover. High School or High School equivalency Diploma and two (2) years experience in building maintenance is required. (Salary ranges up to $30,000 per year) 

DRIVER

Full Time Driver position that requires the transport of staff clients and supplies in a safe and orderly fashion. Must have a High School or High School Equivalency Diploma plus a valid New York State Driver’s License. Good oral communication skills. (Salary ranges up to $30,000 per year)

JANITOR

Full Time Janitor is needed to maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary condition. Will be responsible for trash and debris removal, the mopping of hallways and stairwells and for providing assistance to the housekeeping and maintenance staff. Must have a High School or High School Equivalency Diploma. Appropriate experience may be substituted.  (Salary ranges up to $28,000 per year)

BOOKKEEPER

Full Time Bookkeeper under the supervision of the program director assists in the performance of all fiscal related matters. Associates Degree in Accounting and two (2) years experience or High School Diploma and five (5) years experience. (Salary ranges up to $35,000 per year)

MENTAL HEALTH SPECIALIST

Full Time Mental Health Specialist is needed to provide care to at risk clients in the areas of mental health and/or chemical abuse. Master’s Degree in Nursing and a minimum of  one (1) year mental health experience as a Registered Nurse Practitioner. (Salary ranges up to $60,000 per year)
